PERSONAL BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY - Feat. Cropster
I am still stoked that I got to document the 15th year anniversary of Cropster in Colombia, the country where an incredible entrepreneurship story began with three young Austrians passionate about coffee and technology. It is not very often that I travel to produce personal branding photography for my clients, but I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to visit my homeland and dive deep into the coffee business which I am also passionate about.

Cropster is the world’s leading software for specialty coffee that makes information easy to collect, access and analyze from farmers at origin to people in cafes and everyone in between. Cropster is an essential tool in the specialty coffee industry and is now widely used in more than 100 countries around the world.
To celebrate the company’s anniversary, Cropster founders decided to take their team members to the land where all started 15 years ago. The celebration included a farm tour in one of the most iconic coffee regions in Latin America known as “La Zona Cafetera” where they not only learned about coffee production at the farm, but also post-harvest processes to achieve a consistent quality in cup. The tour also included visits to some Cropster’s customers to see first-hand the use of the software from origin to roasting to cupping.

Having the Cropster team and the customers in the same room was a great opportunity to produce actions shots and team photos that the company will incorporate in several marketing outlets including newsletters, website, blogpost, press, social media, brochures, posters, etc. Here are some action shots of customers using the software in their day to day activities.

It is not very often that the team members based around the world are reunited so the event was also a great opportunity to produce group photos using spectacular landscape views as the backdrop. It was time to celebrate the team breaking the normal office routine. Having group photos was not only a fun and bonding experience for the team, it was also a real treat that will give them a real sense of pride and belonging.
Having the team together was also the perfect opportunity to produced professional headshots of each employee. Cropster will be using these headshots for internal communication, customer support, press, newsletters and social media. Here is a sneak peek. What a great group of people!!! It was a great pleasure to photograph them and spend time together is this beautiful land. Thanks Cropster for choosing me as your photographer once again!
